Elephant Dung Tie-Dye Notebook
These unique notebooks are created by a community group in Ruam Thai village. Previously, when elephants entered plantations, farmers would be angry about crop damage. However, they began using the dung left behind by elephants to tie-dye natural fabric; the sales from which reimbursed them for the income lost from crop damage.
The sale of each Elephant Dung Notebook directly supports this community group, and farmers in their area seeking coexistence with wild elephants.
